Greg and Quentin will die

Tanya’s (Jennifer Coolidge), husband Greg (Jon Gries), was acting very shady and they had to leave their romantic vacation after just two days. Tanya and Portia (Haley Lu Richardson), Tanya’s assistant, were taken under the wing Quentin (Tom Hollander), Jack (Leo Woodall), as well as the rest of the gay men who partied in their Palermo villa. As the details are revealed, it becomes clear that this friendship is being portrayed in a new, malicious light. First, Jack is not Quentin’s uncle. They’ve been having secret sex all along, probably for money, if Jack’s drunken ramblings were true. Tanya also found an old photo of Quentin and Greg, so all signs point towards her husband being the straight cowboy Quentin was in love with 30 years ago.

What if Greg hired Quentin, his old friend, to kill Tanya? He would not only get her freedom but also keep her fortune (and give some to Quentin). Maybe he hired Quentin as a manipulator to get Tanya to cheat with the hot Italian “stud” and had it secretly recorded to either extort or force her to get a divorce. Tanya is certain that there is some financial grift, no matter what Greg or Quentin’s plans may be. She’s paranoid and suspicious about her money, so learning the true nature of these men could cause her to become dissociative. Portia would likely be forced to help her dump the bodies into the ocean.

Tanya, Portia, and all the rest will die

Unfortunately, all that points to Quentin or Greg being dead bodies also makes Tanya or Portia possible victims. Portia will likely be involved in the plot if Quentin or Greg really want Tanya to die for her money. You wonder why Greg was so upset that Tanya took her on the trip? He doesn’t want witnesses! As they head into the finale, Tanya, Portia, and others are beginning to suspect that something is not right with their Palermo pals. But will this be enough to save their lives.

Lucia and Mia will both die

This couple from Italy has had a great staycation at White Lotus. Lucia Tabasco, a sex worker, started her week by connecting through an app with Dominic (Michael Imperoli), and getting paid to hook-up with him for the first few nights before he pulled out of the deal. Cameron (Theo James), and Ethan (Will Sharpe), both married men, saw her and decided to take a look at her. They were on vacation with their wives and ended up partying with Lucia (Beatrice Granno) for just one night. Cameron hasn’t yet paid Lucia in full for her sex, and it’s causing problems to Ethan because Harper (Aubrey Plaza), believes he cheated too. Lucia is now sleeping with Dominic’s son Albie, (Adam DiMarco), but she’s been following mysterious men who claim she’s looking for the money after she finishes working nights.

Lucia doesn’t have a pimp that’s threatening to harm her, but here’s the truth. It has to be her ex-boyfriend or a friend she hired to pretend they are threatening her safety in order to manipulate Albie and his family into giving more money. She has seen Albie’s innocence and compassion and she may have developed feelings for him. However, he is always going to be a easy target for her. She is just trying to con men for more money.

Lucia’s safety is actually made more difficult by the man she’s constantly confronting for more money, i.e. Cameron. Cameron will do anything to protect his seemingly perfect life. He’ll even kill Lucia and Mia to stop them exposing their misdeeds to Daphne. Dominic doesn’t want his son to discover that he paid Lucia first for sex while trying to show that he is doing better after cheating with Albie’s mother. Let’s not forget that Mia also drugged Giuseppe (Federico Scribiani), and ended up stealing his job. He might be looking for revenge. These two young women have pissed off many men at the hotel. If the truth is out, it could spell doom for their lives.

Cameron and Ethan will both die.

These college roommates aren’t really friends. They’re more like two men constantly in competition with one another. Ethan isn’t afraid to point out Cameron’s clear case for mimetic desire. Cameron wants to take some of Ethans newly acquired wealth. Ethan and Cameron have been growing closer to each other throughout the season, but their friendship has become more fraught. Ethan now believes that Cameron cheated on him with Cameron. This is where Mike White, the creator, doesn’t know. But one thing is certain: There will be something explosive between them. Daphne seems unconcerned about her husband’s whereabouts in the opening scene, when she discovers the bodies. Could it be Cameron or Ethan who end-up floating in the ocean dead?

Let’s not forget about the Sicilian urban legend of the Teste di Moro. It’s about a man who falls in love with a local woman and ends up being decapitated by her after she discovers that he is married with children. It sounds suspiciously similar to Cameron and Lucia, right? Cameron (and Ethan) also have the same reasons why the dead body could be Lucia. Ethan also took part in the night of partying. Or what if Albie, a seemingly innocent person, tries to get Lucia’s money from Cameron only to have it end in an accidental death like season 1’s victim. This show has seen worse things than you can imagine!

All will be revealed when The White LotusSeason 2’s finale will air Sunday at 9 p.m. ET/PT, on HBO and HBO Max.
