You can find inspiration by taking a leisurely drive on the National Flint Hills Scenic Byways or the Native Stone Scenic Byway. Manhattan is the gateway into the Flint Hills, and Kansas State University is located here. Tallgrass Tap House is a 11,000-square-foot full-service restaurant and microbrewery that has been a favorite spot for both the local community as well as Kansas State University alumni.
