Trump faces legal setbacks with New York attorney general’s lawsuit, Mar-a-Lago case
A federal appeals court ruled that the Justice Department can use documents marked as classified seized from the Florida estate of former President Donald Trump. The New York attorney general filed a lawsuit against Trump, along with three of his children, alleging fraud in the Trump Organization for more than a decade. The allegations were denied by the former president, who called it a “witch hunting.” CBS News Homeland Security and Justice reporter Nicole Sganga joined Anne Marie Green and Vladimir Duthiers for more information about the ongoing investigations.
