Some Taylor Swift fans took it upon themselves to vent their frustrations after spending hours waiting in a queue on Ticketmaster’s website to purchase tickets for her upcoming Eras Tour. Congressman David Cicilline, who also highlighted the “excessive wait time and fees”, renewed his call for the Justice Department’s investigation into Ticketmaster’s parent company Live Nation.
