Medical Examiner Releases Cause of Death for Vikings’ Adam Zimmer
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner’s Office The autopsy results have been releasedFriday will be dedicated to Adam Zimmer, former Vikings defensive coach and son of Mike Zimmer, longtime NFL coach.
AdamOctober, passed away At 38, he was still serving as an offensive analyst for Bengals remotely.
The cause of death was deemed to be “complications chronic ethanol use disorder” by the examiner’s office. This means that you have to drink more to achieve the same effects as intoxication, or suffer from withdrawal symptoms after drinking.
The Zimmer family suffered another terrible tragedy with Adam’s passing. Vikki, Adam’s mother and wife, died in 2009 at 50 from natural causes.
