The third public hearing of the committee investigating the attack at the U.S. Capitol was held Thursday. It focused on former President Donald Trump’s attempts to pressure Mike Pence to reverse the 2020 election. A conservative lawyer testified that Trump and his associates are “a clear, present danger” in 2024. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane joins Carter Evans at CBS News to report on the hearing.
