Ex-Browns, Kentucky QB Tim Couch Goes Viral for Ripped Physique
Tim Couch was the first major beneficiary of the Air Raid offense.
Coach Hal Mumme and Mike Leach were the ones who guided Couch to national fame as the Kentucky quarterback. Couch was second in the country in passing yards, throwing for 3,884 yards and 4,275 yards respectively in 1997 and 1998, which led to the Browns selecting him No. 1, in the 1999 NFL Draft.
He didn’t live up to the expectations of a No. He was a Browns expansion team, so it is understandable that he wasn’t a No. 1 pick. In five seasons with the team, he completed 59.8% of his passes for 11131 yards with 64 touchdown passes along with 67 interceptions.
However, observers quickly ranked him among the top draft busts in NFL History. They probably wouldn’t say it to him these days.
Couch is apparently a gym rat, as evidenced by the photo of his toned physique that is trending on social media.
After Matt Jones Kentucky Sports Radio Couch posted the photo, and the former quarterback responded to confirm its authenticity and correct his age.
All of this in mind, you won’t hear any Couch slander from the internets anytime soon.
