Dan Campbell Reporters were informed this week that the organization will finish the 2022 season on a high note, particularly since it is still early in its rebuilding process.
“I believe it’s important. Here’s the thing: they’ll tell it every year. It’s almost like next year, when we get ready for the trip, it’s a different team,” he said. Campbell. “We will have another Draft, we’ll have signed some free agents, and we’ll have — some guys won’t be as high as they were, but that’s the nature building another roster and going through another camp.
“Now, you’re building all that chemistry one last time. But, I think it’s important to finish on a high note, finishing on a competitive stage that with a group that is a good match for you, especially when you know that you have a pretty good idea of who your core is.” Campbell continued. “And all the young men that we have, I think it’s huge because you continue to build trust and respect with the guys that you really believe will be here for a while. That’s important.”
