The singer later thanked her, writing, “So happy you exist in this world, @pink.”

Pink and Alanis Morissette are here to remind you… that they’re still at the top of their game.

The Grammy winners teamed up for a rocking surprise performance of Morissette’s 1995 hit “You Oughta Know” during the Inglewood, Calif., stop of Pink’s Summer Carnival tour on Thursday.

In video footage taken from the event, Pink can be seen performing the track on her own before Morissette shocks the packed SoFi Stadium crowd by appearing just in time for its chorus. In response, Pink gets down on one knee and raises her hands to the sky in honor of the Jagged Little Pill singer and her incredible vocals.

Morissette commemorated the moment on her Instagram account on Friday, posting a photo of the pair facing away from the camera as they shared a hug and gazed at the then-empty stadium.

“This woman,” she captioned her post. “So happy you exist in this world, @pink. Your leadership, wisdom, power, and deep, deep kindness is a gift to me, and to everyone. Thanks for having me.”

Friends celebrated their duet in the comments section of Morissette’s post, with Rosie O’Donnell, Brad Garrett, and Ricki Lake expressing their excitement. Lake, who was at the concert, wrote, “Seeing you both live was magic!!!!!”

Pink has been gushing over Morissette for years. In 2015, she told E! News that part of the reason she attended the Elle Women in Music Celebration was to see the “Ironic” singer perform at the event.

When Maria Menounos asked if she considered herself a fan of Morissette’s work, Pink replied, “I am. Huge. Jagged Little Pill is one of the best albums ever made, in my opinion.”
