5-Star 2023 TE Duce Robinson ‘Excited’ About Texas Longhorns

The Texas Longhorns Close the Early Signing Period With a lot of momentum, locking down the No. 3 class in the country. Just behind the national powers of Alabama and Georgia.

The February signing period is fast approaching and the Longhorns are still battling Nick Saban, Kirby Smart, for a few key pieces. These include Duce Robinson, Pinnacle’s five-star tight end.

Robinson seems to be extremely impressed with the offensive development over Steve Sarkisian’s first two years as Longhorns head coach.

“I’m excited for what they’re doing with Coach Sark, their offense really is producing. Robinson stated that they are producing explosive plays on Thursday. “I have very good relationships with a lot of guys in those classes. I feel like Coach Banks and Coach Sark have a great relationship. So I believe that playing for that program is going to be a lot fun.”

Robinson has a special relationship with one player in the Longhorns Class, quarterback Arch Manning.

Robinson can see a future where he will catch passes from Manning in Sarkisian offenses.

Robinson stated, “You know, Arch and I just text about our lives, but every once in awhile, you know? He’ll, just ask me where my process is at.” We text at most once or twice per week. We enjoy spending time together every time we are together. It would be great to get passes from him.

Robinson will continue to choose Texas over Alabama, Georgia, and USC with Manning as his partner.

Robinson isn’t yet ready to make a decision, but there are plans in motion for a few remaining visits.

“I think we’re going to try to take a few more visits, but I’ll be starting basketball season pretty soon. Robinson stated that we will have to work around this. “And then there are the Polynesian balls, so that’ll take another seven days. Uh, so we’ll just have the to see how it all turns out. It’s still the schools I attended officials to. Alabama, USC Georgia and Texas.

Robinson will not waste time if he is ready to make his decision.

He has until February to think about all his options.

Robinson stated that his timeline was “just gonna see, and see how everything goes, and whenever it feels right.” “We’ll just make an announcement.”
